Job description / Role
Faithful+Gould is interested to hire an experienced Project Manager for new project with Construction background
Roles
• Project Manager at Gewan Island project Qatar
• Reporting directly to SPM Construction
• Scope will include managing construction phase of high end (low rise) residential apartment buildings, luxury villas, community buildings
• Client facing role
• Managing supervision consultant and main works contractor on all aspects of the post contract phase.
• Enthusiastic, hands on, contractor orientated
• Contract knowledge and ability to administer, and prepare contract communication essential
• Good written and verbal communication
Requirements
Min requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a construction related discipline
• 10 years post qualification experience in Project Management
• Minimum last 5 years as a Senior PM or Project Director
• Must have worked on large mixed use, residential, hotel projects as a PM from inception to completion.
• 360 Project Management experience with a leading PMC
• Middle East experience preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
