Job description / Role
My client is an established contracting company in the Middle East delivering Hospitality, Commercial, F&B and Residential projects.
They have recently been awarded several projects and are urgently looking to appoint a couple of positions within their Fit-Out division.
Their most pressing requirement is for a Project Manager to take the operational lead on the delivery of a Hospitality Fit-Out project in Qatar. Applicants must have previous experience of working in a similar role and preferably, experience of working in the region.
Key Activities
• Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend
Salary:
QAR
40,000 to 45,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Degree Educated (Preferred)
• Must have/be able to deliver a Hotel Fit-Out project
• Experience of working in the Middle East
• English proficiency
• Leadership skills
