We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager - Future Opportunity for a requirement that we expect in the coming months to join our award winning team based in our Qatar Office.

This critical role will be responsible for both project management and design management and will communicate with stakeholders regarding project status and performance as well as manage the project in accordance with established KEO Project Management Policy and Procedures.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

- Maintaining proper and complete communication with the client on all project related issues.
- Ensuring Project Terms of Reference are established, confirmed, and fulfilled.
- Ensuring the terms of the contract are followed and pursues supplemental agreements.
- Organizing and manages multiple and significant projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, project schedules and project budgets and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Accepting professional responsibility, in the area of expertise, for projects completed under their direct supervision.
- When appropriate, or manpower scheduling requires, the Project Manager may need to contribute to a specific project, or provide technical assistance in their area of expertise.
- Ensuring project standards and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
- Responsible for the coordination of all design departments and consultants for projects under their responsibility.
- Recommending to the Division Director and Principal in­-Charge personnel needs for projects.
- Ensuring personnel under their direct supervision observe company policies.
- Providing guidance and training to project staff, specifically in related discipline.
- Providing feedback on staff competencies and performance to HOD's.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years' career experience with a Bachelor in Architecture.
- Grade A - UPDA Certification is required.
