Job description / Role
Charterhouse is seeking a dedicated and focused Proof-Reader with a high attention to work for our client who is a leading international professional services organisation based in Qatar.
Working within the marketing and business development division, you play a crucial role being responsible for proof-reading client proposals and materials, whilst collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality and timeliness are met in accordance with brand, company and editorial standards. Working within an extremely fast-paced environment you will ensure the proper grammar, spelling, syntax, style and variety for all documents and proposals are in line with the organisations international standards. The role will be 90% proof-reading.
Requirements
Due to the nature of the work our client would prefer a native English speaker with a bachelor Degree in English, journalism or related discipline. You will have either external or in-house advertising agency experience with a minimum of 3 years professional proof-reading experience with highly complex documents and proposals. You will be a team player, have outstanding grammar and written communication skills with an eye for consistency, high attention to detail and can work to tight deadlines. Qatar based candidates preferred.
