Property Manager

Job description / Role

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee their portfolio of managed assets within Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the issuance and processing of building permits and land registrations
• Managing the tenant relationships across their portfolio; including customer service, call centres, and complaint handling
• Overseeing the management of periodical lease contract renewals, deciding on price variations in line with agreed targets
• Overseeing the sales and resales operations, amalgamation & division of plots, and updating the SPAs
• Developing and submitting performance reports
• Sharing any complaints/requests from tenants to the Sales & Marketing team, and relevant customer relations

Requirements

PROFILE

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Business or Economics, ideally with a Masters or MBA
• 8-12 years’ experience in commercial property management; specifically managing a large, multi-class, real estate portfolio of more than QAR 2 billion in annual profits
• Strong, in-depth knowledge of Qatar and/or GCC real estate market dynamics, and local governmental regulations
• Demonstrable history of developing and implementing winning asset strategies, and delivering high investments returns on a sizeable P&L
• Excellent understanding of Master Community Management, Facility Management, and Owners’ Association Management
• Fluency in English is essential, along with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and has high standards of business and personal ethical conduct
