QA Manager

Job description / Role

Develop and implement the company SHEQ / Integrated Management / Business Continuity and Risk Management systems. Supervise and coordinate work systems to Ensure that the products or services of the company meet the highest quality standards.

* Overall responsibility for developing and implementing the Integrated Management System/Business Continuity and Risk Management manual and in accordance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and BSI OHSAS 18001 standard, PAS 99, ISO 22301, ISO 31000 standards
* Ensure that the IMS Objectives are identified, documented and made available with all work groups.
* Collect and present to the Management the data on Customer complaints, corrective actions, suppliers/subcontractors feedbacks and any other measurements of the effectiveness of the System through the Management Review Meetings. Provide the schedule, agenda and Minutes for the Management Review Meetings.
* Secure a firm control and safekeeping of all Manuals, procedures, work standards, records and other related quality documents. Control the process of the procedures updating and uploading in the system and distribution as required.

Requirements

* Minimum (17) years of total experience, out of which is (7) years in the same role and (5) years in GCC countries.
* Strong Leadership
* Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
* Demonstrate sound work ethics
