Job description / Role
• Study Contract Documents and familiarize all Drawings and Specifications. Review and checking the IFA/IFC drawing.
• Coordinate with the Contractor’s QA/QC Engineer and Site Engineer before and after for Site Inspection (RFI and Pouring Clearance).
• Always coordinate with the designers if ever have any discrepancies in the drawing based on actual site situation.
• Always coordinate with the MEP Engineers during before/after inspection of any activities from structural to finishing stage.
• Monitoring the contractor during concreting works.
• Issued NCR to contractor if not following the Project Specification/Standards.
• Preparing the snag list.
• Make sure that all safety precautions are taken on site in compliance with any specified Safety requirements or the directives of the Site HSE office.
• Performs other duties assigned by upper authority (inside scope)
