Job description / Role
The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and following the quality plan at site. In addition, he will provides support to the QA/QC Manager in making sure that quality risks are correctly assessed, identified and managed for all projects that require high quality delivery and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement quality control procedures and plans on site.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and ensures proper implementation.
• Review and approve inspections, test plans and quality control plans.
• Identifie, analyze and resolve problems and issues with quality assurance and control for site construction.
• Plan and coordinate QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to contract requirements.
• Review and approvs the sub-contractors' quality documentation, and implements audits as well.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is a must with at least five years of experience in roads & Infrastructure.
• Excellent record of compliance with quality work standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure as well as multitasking.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills,
