Job description / Role
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective resource allocation and project planning.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in operations or project management roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
