My client is one of the country’s most prestigious real estate developers and has a significant number of projects and land, here in Qatar. They are currently seeking a QHSE Manager to ensure and enforce compliance of projects to QHSE guidelines and regulations to the highest-level while being responsible for QHSE in specific projects and territories.
The successful candidate will implement company-wide QHSE policies and procedures in accordance with local and national rules and regulations, play a key role in contractor selection, monitor contractor compliance with QHSE rules and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or environmental science as well as professional qualifications such as IOSH, IIRSM. You will possess 12+ years of experience in construction management in real estate industry and at least 2 years in managerial role. The successful candidate will have Strong knowledge and exposure to GCC real estate market and local/national QHSE rules and regulations and be experienced in contractor assessment and qualification regarding QHSE requirements.
