Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting internal quality audits and ensuring Hemaya’s compliance with all quality policies, procedures and standards as well as ensuring that all results and recommendations from the quality audits are being implemented.

Main Responsibilities:
• Execute quality assurance programs for security and technical services staff, as well as other functions within Hemaya as required.
• Monitor, and evaluate safety practices and procedures with respect to security and technical services at work sites.
• Conduct internal quality audits and spot inspections at the various sites. For security services, emphasize will be on appearance, demeanor, job knowledge, and work environment.
• Support external auditors in carrying out Quality audits and assessment.
• Conduct tests to ensure that all products and services provided by the Hemaya are free from any flaws or errors and are of the highest quality.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Identify credible security risk and vulnerability as well as offer focused protection measures.
• Deliver quality awareness training for new and existing employees.
• Conduct surveys either internally or through external companies to measure customers’ satisfaction.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of the quality audit results and recommendations.
• Participate in special assignments in different projects as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Support in the design or planning of new projects in order to meet quality requirements.
• Monitor through analysis and observation, project reports and activities to identify trends, successful practices, achievement of goals and objectives and areas needing improvement.
• Develop a document control and record management system.
• Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
• This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive. It doesn’t preclude other responsibilities from being assigned and undertaken.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Quality Assurance Certification is preferred.
• Five years of relevant work experience in a Quality Assurance role within a Security Services Industry

Skills:
• Professional knowledge in Quality Assurance concepts, techniques and methods
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets…)
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
