Job description / Role
Our client is a major Facilities Management Service Provider with an excellent reputation in the Middle East markets. Due to continued expansion, our client is looking to recruit a Quality Management Systems Coordinator to join its team based in Doha, Qatar.
The Quality Management Systems Coordinator is responsible for providing services/activities to both internal customers within the client and to external customers who monitor them against defined service levels.
The Quality Management Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with internal audits and reporting
- Manage the non-conformance records
- Maintain required quality records and develops quality statistics
- Gather and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data for the Portfolio
- Ensure that the various portfolio functions conform to the terms and conditions of the contract
- Recommend initiatives for continuous improvement projects to both resolve Portfolio problem areas and to develop opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent in relevant related discipline
- Preferred minimum of three (3) years’ experience with an ISO 9001 based quality system.
- Certified IS0 9001 Auditor preferred
- Demonstrated experience in effective written and oral communications skills including conducting formal presentations to large audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to document procedures
- Proven skills to provide effective quality training
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
