Quality Manager

Job description / Role

• Ensures Quality Management and Measurement initiatives are met.
• Ensures implementation of Risk Management initiatives.
• Ensures implementation of Patient Safety initiatives.
• Provides ongoing evaluation and improvement of compliance with accreditation standards.
• Plans and develops future special projects.
• Planning, direction and oversight of ongoing Quality Management (QM) activities to ensure optimal clinical service and financial outcomes; and integration with medical staff activities across the assigned facility.

Salary:
QAR 9,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical Insurance, Yearly ticket, 30 days annual leave

Requirements

Education/Licensure:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical field.
• Diploma in quality or hospital management or equivalent.
• CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Professional Experience:
• 3-5 years experience in the healthcare sector with a minimum of 2 years experience in a senior position within a hospital environment.
• Experience with Quality Management, Patient Safety and Risk Management with at least 3 years experience in JCI accreditation and other local accreditation agencies.
• Frequent computer user, an expert in MS Office applications including a spreadsheet.
