Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The candidate will be responsible to carryout audits, which requires hands-on experience and assist in projects audits to assess compliance of project plans and quality plans to the policies, processes and procedures in accordance with the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001, Qatar Construction Specifications, Project Specifications and Ashghal Requirements. Audit programs includes Quality Management system as well as Construction Practice audits, in addition to inspection of materials sources and plants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out audits related to site activities, audit and assist in auditing Quality Management System and Construction Practice, which are implemented across all programmes/ projects/ departments in alignment to the quality standards.
• Collect data and evidence in relation to audits, prepare audit reports and follow up the non-conformities close out process.
• Provide support to the business in all matters pertaining to quality on a project or an internal programmes/ projects/ department and provide training for junior engineers.
• Assist in designing the standards for the Quality of the finished product to allow the QA Inspectors/Engineers to perform their project site inspections.

Qualification:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• ISO9001 Lead Assessor Certification Experience:
• Should have minimum 20 years demonstrable postgraduate experience
• Minimum 15 years directly related experience
• Preferably, have experience in the gulf region.
