Job description / Role
- Quantity Surveying
- Cost control, catch up cost and monitor spending
- Monitor items in BOQ to ensure it is within budget
- Estimation
- Site Works, Site Acceptance
- Prepare Invoice and submit to Operator
- Monitor Aging Payment
- Perform Some procurement Tasks
Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSC of Civil Engineering
- Other certifications obtained: Quantity Surveying Professional Certificate or Diploma
- Nature and length of previous experience: Five Years of experience in Quantity surveying and Estimation field at contracting company
Specialist knowledge:
- Quantity Surveying
- Estimation
- Cost Control
- Procurement
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Team Work
- Gender Preference: Male
- Nationality Preference: Indian, Filipino
