Job description / Role
An opportunity to work for a main contractor based in Doha Qatar. This position is open to western Educated Candidates whom have ideally previous Middle East experience.
ADMINISTRATION
• Help the contracts manager Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable
• Help monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labour, material and sub contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.
• Apply all relevant information to the Commercial Manager for review at the specified intervals set.
• Assist Commercial Manager with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
Please note this is an all inclusive package of up to QAR 35000
Requirements
• Graduation in Quantity surveying
• Minimum 8 years experienced in construction organization.
• Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast cost & sales.
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling.
• Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities.
• IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and approved software
