Job description / Role
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget cost estimate, BOQ
• Track changes to design, construction work / adjust budget projections
• Monitor and control budgets
• Procure services of contractors / subcontractors. Prepare work order. Purchase orders
• Prepare contract documents, review interim payments
• Monitor payments, Monitor expenditures
• Review claims quantities, track insurances, monitor expiry
• Tender evaluation of bidders
• Maintain and manage contractors
Requirements
• Bachelors in Civil Engg./ Construction Management / QS - RICS
• 10 years Quantity Surveyor in building construction
• Min 5 years in Building Design Consultancy, Project Management Consultancy
• Experience in contracts, claims process
• Must have knowledge of FIDIC model contracts/ QGCoC
