Job description / Role
• Checking Drawings and Specification , Requesting quotations.
• Preparing BOQ for MEP and Infrastructure works.
• Measurement and valuation of installations.
• Checking and verifying quantities.
• Pricing of variations.
• Preparing Monthly Interim Payments Application ( IPA ) to the client
• Preparing and verifying subcontractors invoices.
• Negotiating with subcontractor for interim Progress approvals and Vo raised by subcontractors.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in the similar position
• MS office application/Computer Proficiency
• Good communication skills
