Quantity Surveyor - Qatar

We are working with a leading construction consultancy based in Qatar, renowned for their commitment to excellence, quality, and innovation in the industry. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Position Summary:

* As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, ensuring effective cost management, accurate estimation, and efficient procurement.
* You will be responsible for preparing and managing project budgets, conducting cost analysis, assessing financial viability, and providing expert advice on cost-saving measures.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying (client requirement)
* Chartered (preferable but not essential)
* Proficient in cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
