Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Architecture, Engineering and Planning Consultancy firm in a quantity surveying role in surface & ground water networks, utilities Road construction projects or building and infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with FIDIC forms of contract
• Experience in preparatory construction project monthly valuation.
• Experience in assessing and valuating Contractor’s claims.
• Good documentation of records.
• Preparation of submission of all Change request, SI, VO, Claims and final accounts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantity Surveying Discipline from a recognized University to the approval of the Engineer.
• Grade A - Qatar Ministry of Municipality Certified in Quantity Surveying is mandatory.
• Chartered Professional certification or equivalent is preferred (RICS, AIQS, etc.)
