We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to join our real estate team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategies, engaging with clients, and providing top-notch customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Present and showcase properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist clients in the buying and selling process, providing guidance and support at every stage.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Attend networking events, open houses, and property viewings to promote listings and expand professional network.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings in the company CRM system.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Qatar.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
