Employment: Full Time

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue goals.
- Supervise office operations, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service.
- Optimize workflows for leasing, sales, client interactions, and property inspections.
- Lead, train, and mentor the team, fostering a positive work culture.
- Set performance goals for various teams and provide feedback to drive results.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
- Represent the company at industry events and promote brand presence.
- Oversee marketing and branding efforts, including digital and physical promotions.
- Drive digital transformation and innovation to improve operations and client experience.

Requirements:

- Experienced professional with a background in real estate management or office operations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and foster collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and make data-driven decisions.
