Receptionist

Job description / Role

Links Group Qatar is recruiting for a Receptionist to take on responsibility for all reception duties for the Qatar office, as well as provide administrative support to the Client Relationship Executives. This successful candidate must be a native English speaker. This role requires maturity and confidence to act as a first point of contact (PoC) for clients and colleagues via telephone, email and who come into the Links Group office, and ability to assist and refer them as needed. High level customer care understanding is essential. You will also assist the operations and wider team with ad hoc tasks as required. Generally you will need to be flexible and able to prioritise your work effectively to support the team and office. In line with the Links Group ethos of ‘Top Notch’ you will be expected to demonstrate excellence through your professional behaviour, attitude and appearance.

Requirements

Links Group Qatar is looking for a native English speaker with excellent office support skills; who is mature and confident to effectively interact with both colleagues and clients at all levels; and who possesses excellent customer care approach and understanding, as well as:
• already residing in Doha and able to get to/from work without issue
• possess excellent English writing skills – at a professional level
• possess superior administrative skills and is organised
• demonstrate a solutions focused method to work and is able to maintain a calm and objective approach.
• Have at least 3 years’ professional work experience in a similar role and corporate environment
• Be proficient in all standard MS Office applications (essential)
• Be a team player who can work collaboratively to support a busy multi-cultural office team
• Have experience in the MENA region (preferred)
• Have an understanding and working experience of CRM (preferred)

Our work hours are:
Sunday – Wednesday 8.30am-5.30pm
Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm
