As a result of the continued growth of Charterhouse Middle East and the development and diversification of Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar as the regional commercial and financial hubs servicing the emerging markets of the Middle East, North Africa and Asia, we are looking to recruit an experienced consultant for our Qatar Office.

This is a great opportunity for a consultant with a proven track record recruiting within the following disciplines: Information and Technology, Engineering, Technical Sales and Legal.

This position will be a 360 role that will require someone with an ethical, consultative, value driven approach combined with solid in-depth knowledge of agency recruitment with a successful track record. You will be expected to generate new business as well as utilise well established clients to further increase the market share working within a large team. You will have a thorough knowledge of the technical and non-technical requirements that the market dictates coupled with a professional, driven, innovative and entrepreneurial approach.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will have 2-4 years’ experience in commercial recruitment in either an agency environment or in a Business Development/HR role ideally with Middle East experience. Successful candidates can expect an excellent tax free salary with an excellent commission and incentive scheme.

This role will be based in our Qatar office and will be a hybrid role with WFH and office options. All applications are reviewed and processed under the strictest confidence.
