Premium Lounge is our world-class facility which focus on providing a total lifestyle experience to our passengers. It offers more than typical airport lounges, providing a space similar to a 5 star luxury boutique hotel, which will comprise of, fine dinning restaurant, lounge, business center, spa and daybreak rooms. Here, our guests escape into a relaxed world of blissful luxury.

As 1st Commis Chef, you are responsible for preparing various dishes for the buffet and pantry areas at the Hub Lounges. You will perform daily shift requirement as per standard operating procedures and as per the guidance of the Chef de partie. You will prepare the kitchen with items required for food preparation and sourcing of ingredients. You will ensure that the highest level of food quality, visual presentation and hygiene standards are maintained.

You will communicate and work together with other team members assigned in different areas such as the kitchen, stores and operations with the objective of seamless integration of duties and functions. You will ensure that hygienic food and beverage management procedures are followed and that cleanliness are maintained at all times in all areas of the operations.

Requirements

You have High School Diploma with minimum of 2 years of job related experience. You demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and have positive and passionate attitude towards the customers. You are a team player with a positive outlook and a keen eye for details. You have well-developed social skills, able to handle all type of people and situation and have high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the varied needs and expectations of customers.
