Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Strategic:
• Assist in coordinating manpower plan for the organization in line with the organization’s overall strategy
• Participate in the development of the recruitment strategy and techniques to be employed by the organization (as required)

Operational:
• Perform the day-to-day activities involved in recruitment processing.
• Maintain CV database and liaise with relevant agencies with respect to recruitment needs of the organization
• Provide regular reports to management on progress of recruitment
• Prepare the first draft of the offer letter or employment contract and forward to Human Resources Manager for review before finalization with Government Relations and Finance.
• Facilitate the process of contract signing/immigration procedures to facilitate the timely on-boarding of the new hire
• Communicate the pre-employment requirements (documents and attestation) to selected candidates to ensure a timely commencement of work for the candidate.
• Participate in the process for screening and selecting preferred candidates including HR screening and interview assessments
• Conduct orientation for new joiners ensuring effective communication of vital information required for smooth on-boarding of the employees.
• Provide administrative support for Career Fair and other recruitment events
• Perform any other work related duties assigned by the Head of HR.

People:
• Contribute to the people development initiatives within the department

Requirements

• Degree in Bus Admin, HR, Personnel Admin, Marketing or related discipline is required
• Professional certification from relevant institutions such as CIPD, HRCI will be an added advantage
• Above 3 years of relevant experience
