Recruitment Officer

Job description / Role

Handle end to end recruitment for the entire group for blue & white collar. This will include:

• Screening & shortlistinsg CVs
• Interviewing & evaluating candidates
• Issuing Job Offers
• Negotiating salaries with candidates
• Maintaining CV database and keep the recruitment & visa tracking reports up to date
• Coordinate with the P.R.O regarding the visa processing

Salary:
QAR 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Company will provide accommodation & transportation

Requirements

The right candidate:

• Should be in Doha with NOC and ready to join immediately
• Should hold a degree in Human Resources Management or any other related field
• Should be presentable and have good communication skills (writing & speaking)
• Should have at least 3 years of work experience in recruitment in different industries mainly construction, ready mix, FMCG, security services, cleaning & hospitality
• Should be a great achiever and able to work under less supervision
• Should be able to work under pressure
