Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are in Networking and Automation industry and are looking for a regional sales manager with extensive experience selling Network and Telecom products and enterprise solutions in our branch office in Qatar.

Job Responsibilities:
• Enhance general sales capacity within the country on Industrial Data communication products
• Maintain positive relationships with key clients and ensure satisfaction and continuous business
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
• Maintain and develop the existing client base through regional marketing and direct sales activities.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Manage and maintain your region's sales pipeline and target key accounts and vertical markets for development.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets and other regional objectives established by Sales Director
• Assist clients in understanding how the solutions work and coach them on the various selections accessible to them
• Manage the day to day activities of sales personnel dedicated to your region
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed your assigned quotas and revenue objectives.
• Utilize channel sales resources in your region as necessary.

Requirements

• Sales experience in field of Network and communication products
• To be familiar with Control, Automation and Industrial data communication market
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in business development (B2B) with contacts or experience dealing with senior decision makers
• Ability to take on a consultative style when presenting ideas and products
• Competency with sales tracking tools and using CRM
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
• Educational background in Computer and Communication engineering is preferred
