Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The RM will responsible for generated Assets Under Management (AUM) from three sources:

Partnership Relationship Management:
• Support relationship building activities within and across strategic partners.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior staff of the proposed strategic partner.
• Ensure that all supporting collaterals such as brochures, monthly fact sheets and quarterly, monthly and weekly reports are provided as agreed.
• Meet and exceed specific quarterly & annual targets.

Corporate Business:
• Establish relationships and secure contracts with referred and new corporate clients in order to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
• Drive the end to end sales cycle from initial client engagement to closed sales.
• Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address client requirements.
• Actively involved in completing all internal related customer administrative work and documentation within time frame.

Individual Business:
• Identify new opportunities and prospect suitable HNW individuals.
• Complete client reviews identifying key objectives and the attitude to risk of the client.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.
• Ensure existing clients are met on a regular basis and referrals are obtained.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in the industry with 3 years’ experience in a similar role generating new business from corporate clients.
• Motivated self-starter with an ability to proactively generate new opportunities.
• Methodical, organised and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with experience of presenting to individual and corporate clients.
• Adaptable and comfortable working under pressure.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Sales experience of financial services products essential.
