Reporting Specialist - Metro

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Reporting Specialist for our Doha Metro project, you will be reporting to the Reporting Manager.

Your duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:
• Provide input on managing the reporting function.
• Carry out the Consultant Services required for this position and deemed to represent the minimum acceptable qualifications for the Services.
• Adhere to the applicable legislation and statut ory requirements, as well as any customer specific requirements.
• Report to the Reporting Manager in a timely manner whenever required
• Develop and update PMCS branding on PMCS weekly and monthly report ing
• Assist in the preparation and format of the PMCS Weekly Status Report
• Assist in the preparation and format of the PMCS Monthly Progress Report
• Provide reporting inputs to various report s as required by t he Reporting Manager and other Project Controls team members
• Prepare and distribute other reports, flowcharts and documents as required

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or equivalent
• Has a total experience of more than 10 years
• Has similar experience of at least 5 years
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
• Promote a continuous improvement approach among the team members
