We are seeking a Resident Engineer - Utilities to oversee all utility-related works on the GEC project. The role will ensure compliance with design, specifications, and authority standards while supervising site teams and coordinating with key stakeholders.

Supervise construction of utilities (water, sewer, stormwater, power, telecom, gas). Review and approve utility-related designs, method statements, and materials. Coordinate with authorities (Ashghal, KAHRAMAA, Ooredoo, etc.) for permits and approvals. Lead and mentor site inspectors and ensure adherence to WSP quality standards. Provide regular progress and technical reports to the project manager and client.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years' experience, including 7+ years in a Resident Engineer role on large infrastructure/utilities projects.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes.
• Previous GEC/Ashghal project experience is highly desirable.
• MMUP Registered.
