Restaurant General Manager - Vertigo Sky View Bar

As our Restaurant General Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level bringing them to a breathtaking night life experience.

What you will be doing:

- Lead, mentor and train the Bar and Lounge Operations team
- Ensure Bar and Lounge relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategized on new products and service offerings
- Maximize revenues by communicating regularly with the Bar and Lounge teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
