Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading hospitality group in Qatar who is looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for their fusion casual dining restaurant. Our client is looking to hire a passionate individual who can be the heart of the team, bringing a fresh experienced perspective to an established team.
As Restaurant Manager, you will take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant with support from the Operations Manager. You will be a proficient manager of the team of 30 people and motivate your team to always strive for their best. You should be an excellent communicator, have an outgoing personality and a hands-on approach, being someone who will meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and beverage choices.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role within Qatar. It is essential you have excellent interpersonal skills to diplomatically handle staff and customers. You should also possess the ability to work under pressure in the challenging environment that is restaurant management. If you are a passionate Restaurant Manager with a wealth of experience within a casual dining environment, then this job is perfect for you.
