Job description / Role
Objectives: To ensure the operations of the restaurant are efficient and profitable whilst maintaining brand reputation and ethos. Responsible for business performance, quality standards and health and safety of the restaurant both front and back of house.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
- Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
- Responding to customer complaints and queries.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
- Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
- Advising customers on menu choice
- Training and motivating staff.
- Following up on standards " quality of food & service "
- Controlling and organizing the shift at all times
- Ensuring a good reputation and image of brand
- Assuring guest care
- Administrating the operation
- Measuring performance and providing effective feedback to team members
- Evaluate and analyse financial results, linking financial indicators to improvement strategies
Reporting to: Brand Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.

Specialist knowledge:
- Restaurant operations
Language Fluency: English is a must, Arabic would be an advantage
