Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a soon to open upscale casual dining restaurant in Qatar who are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager to oversee the team and day to day operations, reporting directly to the owner.
Your main responsibilities will be to lead the team of 12 FOH to excel and deliver the best customer experience possible across both indoor and outdoor dining. You will oversee the opening of the restaurant and hiring of the team. This role is crucial to the restaurant and is the face of the team, successfully combining an upscale casual fun environment with no compromise on quality and service.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have experience with opening an upscale casual concept, preferable in Qatar or the Middle East, therefore having awareness of government relations. You must have managed a team of at least 10 for a number of years. Arabic is an advantage but not essential. Strong English written and spoken is essential.
This role requires a strong experienced Manager, who can lead and develop the team.
