Job description / Role

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient service. This role involves supervising staff, handling customer complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. The Restaurant Supervisor will also assist in training new employees, managing inventory, and coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor new employees.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
