Michael Page Middle East are looking for a Retail Operations Manager - Qatar to join a leading a Cosmetic and Body Care Retailer based in Qatar.
Our Client is a leading perfume and body care retailer with 200 stores across the Gulf and an online store.
For the role of Retail Operations Manager, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to work for a leading retailer for perfumes and body care.
For this role, you will be responsible for the management of all Retail activities, recruitment, management and training of all staff. You will also be responsible to achieve and set income and profit targets.
The Retail Operations Manager - Qatar would be accountable for the products, procedures, employees, the performance of the employees and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
* Retail Management experience within the Perfume or Body Care market.
* Experience of all Retail Related Elements.
* Strong market and consumer knowledge of trends and requirements.
* Willingness to travel.
* Willing to work in Qatar.
* experience to overlook all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience managing a team.
