Retail Operations Manager (For Luxury Cosmetics & Salon Products)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cosmetics and salon products industry and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing sales performance, and implementing effective operational strategies. This is a key leadership role that requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can drive growth and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail strategies to enhance sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store management teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary improvements.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Develop and execute training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and in-store events.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among staff, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cosmetics or salon products industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Experience in visual merchandising and creating engaging retail environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
