Retail Property Manager

Job description / Role

One of Qatar's leading property developers is seeking a Retail Property Manager for a mixed use development in Doha. This is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to manage a varied retail property portfolio in the centre of Doha.

Responsibilities:
* Execute the functional strategy in line with the company's overall strategy for the complex
* Accountable for P&L (retail)
* Assist in the development of the department's annual business plan, KPIs and budget
* Develop and Implement policies, procedures, and operational standards for the function in line with the departmental policies and procedures
* Respond to customer complaints and queries across all retail destinations
* Retain and build strong relationship with retail tenants and ensure they are supported/ serviced efficiently
* Ensure adherence of tenants with property rules and regulations
* Oversee coordination of tenant handover and renovation requests with Handover & Fit-outs and Retail Leasing
* Oversee Facilities Management
* Design and implement strategies with supporting teams to drive and increase footfall
* Ensure efficiency in the workload allocation amongst the retail PM staff and on-site FM staff
* Oversee completion of FM oversight reports, and communicate to PM and Central FM
* Ensure performance of rent collection for all retail tenants and coordination with Retail Leasing for lease renewals
* Oversee coordination of events in the retail communities

Requirements

* Holds Bachelor degree in business administration/management
* 10 - 12 years in Retail Property Management with at least 2 years
* Large site/multi-site experience of Grade A Sites
* New site opening & Extensive Retail Property Management experience is desirable
* Mixed Use experience is highly desirable
* GCC experience is preferred
* Ideally a member of the RICS
