Job description / Role
Main responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales of Mega trade market
• List and promote the company’s products at mega trade market
• Responsible for the display and merchandising activities
• Follow up on all Quotation on weekly basis
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent
• Reporting to: Retail Sales Manager
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: 01 June 2020
• Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Requirements
Specialist knowledge:
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
Nature and length of previous experience:
• With at least a proven 3 to 7 years successful experience in outdoor sales within GCC countries or as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• University Qualifications: High school degree
• Age Range: 25-35
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: Should have valid driver’s license
• English speaking is a must
• Nationality Preference: Indian
• Language Fluency: English
• Current Location: Qatar
