Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country's biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North's Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world's highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Revenue Analyst

This position is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through pricing across all segments, daily management of room inventory, and availability strategies to optimize multiple distribution channels. In addition, as a revenue analyst will be responsible for compiling reports, driving analysis, and developing strategies across the business.

- Maximize revenue potential, accurate maintenance, and management of software systems; PMS/Opera/Booking Engines/Channel Manager/ \ravel Tripper/Lodgic/Ideas RMS, CRS, and Sales & Catering Systems
- Support, analysis, and reporting to the Revenue and Reservation Manager in compiling documents, reports, and presentations for daily departmental meetings, weekly revmax meetings, monthly quarterly, and yearly, as well as annual budget discussions
- Track sales performance and make recommendations for improving operations
- Provide financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions to help determine the value of a company or its assets
- Conduct audits to ensure that internal controls are effective and operational procedures are compliant with regulations

- Diploma / Bachelor degree education in the related field
- Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Attention to detail required
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
