Rigging Supervisor - Oil And Gas Construction

Job description / Role

Required to join an international contractor in Qatar. Working on a large scale oil & gas project the successful candidate will be responsible for supervervision of lifting /rigging / erection of steel structures/Piping and General Lifts, up to 100 tons.

• 10+ years’ experience in lifting /rigging / erection of steel structures/Piping and General Lifts, up to 100 tons
• Knowledge of lose lifting Equipment\Gears (i.e., Slings, Shackles Chain Hoists)
• Competent in lose rigging inspection/examination before use and selection
• Demonstrate good leadership quality and communication skills
• Competent in correct crane set up and load charts before commencing lifting operations.
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Report writing ability
