Employment: Full Time

Risk Manager High - Rise Hotel Structures - The Construction Risk Manager is responsible for assisting with overall management of comprehensive corporate risk management/insurance program with a concentration on risk identification, risk transfer and risk retention techniques. Coordinates closely with operations/project management, safety, human resources, legal and estimating while implementing risk management policies and procedures to protect company's assets and minimize liability exposures.

Requirements

Minimum of 20 years’ experience, with 10 years’ experience in a Senior Managerial position. Previous assignment as Risk Manager specializing in state of the art high-rise Hotel Structures / Construction Projects. Appropriate experience in high-rise hotel structures / Construction Projects. Graduate from the accredited institution, specializing in a relevant field of study, Salary Budgeted for this position: - Negotiable
