Job description / Role
Manage the design change process for roadway operations.
Review design plans for road works and make appropriate changes as necessary for construction.
Provide solutions to technical design challenges.
Determine calculations for engineering
Coordinate with construction management to support of construction activities.
Create or modify roadway highway plans using Civil 3D.
Junior Engineer who knows how to manage pressure and long working hours.
Interacts professionally with the Engineering team
Experienced Computer Aided Design Design Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the civil engineering industry. Skilled in Auto-CAD, Customer Service, Engineering, CIVIL 3D, STAAD PRO, REVIT ARCHITECTURE, REVIT STRUCTURE, and PRIMEVERA. Strong engineering professional
involved in Geometric Design of Highways- Design of horizontal alignment with spirals, vertical profile, roundabout, intersection and interchange design, calculation of earthwork, preparation of detailed cross-sections, preparation of superelevation data, Junctions and Roundabout grading, parking facility, checking maneuvering of vehicles in parking area using Auto-Turn, Signing & Marking and estimation of quantities.
Preparation of Alignments, profile, Corridors Assemblies (Simple and conditional) and Corridors.
• Preparation of Signing and Marking layout drawings.
• Preparation of Design report, Bill of Quantities and project documents.
• Co-ordination with other project related department and site.
Requirements
Fluent in English
Civil 3D knowledgeable
Articulate and initiative.
Engineering degree holder
