Job description / Role
- The rotisserie chef is responsible for ensuring the preparation and cooking of chicken, preparing orders on the production line and maintaining work areas.
- His duties consist of receiving the chicken, planning the quantities to be roasted, skewering the chicken and monitoring its cooking very closely in order to serve chicken that is roasted just right.
- This position requires good manual dexterity since you are in charge of cutting the chicken when it is canned.
- Prepare Deferent recipes
Requirements
- Candidate should have good experience in charcoal grill, sauces, marinating and chicken chopping
