Sales Administration Officer
My client is a domestic greenhouse farm utilizing both high technology and low technology hydroponic and soil-less methods focused on producing tomatoes, capsicums and cucumbers for the local market in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Sales Administration Officer to be in charge of day to day sales administration activities.
The successful candidate will be processing and tracking customers’ orders, processing invoices and tracking payments from customers while coordinating with the packaging team and tracking documentation with other parties (transport & logistics). You will be reporting to the Senior Accountant on sales volumes by grade, product, clients as well as accounts receivable and balance (unpaid balances, price adjustment, etc.)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years equivalent experience as sales accountant, preferably in the fresh produce trading activity. You must be proficient in Excel and have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely in English and operate in a multi-cultural environment (Arabic or other language a plus).
