Employment: Full Time

POSITION OBJECTIVES

- To engage the customers by ensuring they are made to feel genuinely ‘Welcome and Comfortable’ when they enter the Store.
- Ensure that the brand is represented at the required standards, with up-to-date product knowledge and stock loss risks are minimized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly greeting, use appropriate body language and apply active listening skills
- Responsible for applying cosmetics treatments to customers directly and educating customers on how to apply products
- Present and display merchandise in a manner that is easy for our customers to shop
- Present merchandise in accordance with stores visual merchandising standards as provided by line manager, VM and merchandisers

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

- Strong Knowledge & understanding of cosmetics brands
- Ability to demonstrate and apply make-up to customers
- Exceptional service and selling skills
- Impeccable grooming and presentable appearance
- Happy disposition and a bubbly personality
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Beauty Sales Advisor or similar experience
- Friendly and has good service orientation
- Maintains standards of conduct
- Honest and Trustworthy
