Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Build the sales and marketing plan for certain business line or certain geographical area.
- Achieve the sales and marketing plan meeting the business approved KPIs.
- Supervising and leading a group of Salesmen for 2-5 sales points.
- Apply the knowledge and experience of developing B2B sales channels and gain large accounts customers.
- Prepare performance reports, analyzing them and propose the needed actions to keep align with the business plan (and fix the variances causes).
- Analyze the market trend and prepare for the required action plan (collecting data about prices, suppliers, quality, and market size.).
- Improving his team in using ERP system and process flow of related sales processes.
- Design promotion.
- Lead and train a team of 2-5 employees.
- Coordinate with other departments (logistics, stores, procurement, and finance) and in some cases outer suppliers.

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduate / Post graduate degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Business Administration or Marketing from a reputed Institution.
- +5years minimum experience in sales and marketing in a related business sector
- Strong planning, team building and communication skill
- Strong analyzing and reporting skills
- Goals oriented and self-motivate
