Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with a strong background in switchgear solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong client relationships, and providing technical expertise on switchgear products. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and customer service skills to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote switchgear products and solutions.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring the right product selection for their needs.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and supply chain, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in switchgear or electrical equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of switchgear products, power distribution systems, and electrical components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driving (Qatar) license is mandatory.
