Sales Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in FMCG, DPH, or retail sales to join our dynamic team at a large pet-food company. You will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and building long-term relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by evaluating customer needs and market trends.
• Actively seek out sales opportunities through calls, emails, and social media.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Gather and share client feedback with the product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-development.
